Refunds & Returns Policy

At Link King, I aim to provide a high-quality learning experience through the Link King Language Learning App. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience issues, I am here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If the app fails to function as intended and the issue cannot be resolved.
- Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made unintentionally, and you contact me within 14 days.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the app and request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not granted in the following situations:
- For subscription periods already used.
- For user errors (e.g., forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal).
- For misuse of the app or violations of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Subscription Refunds
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your name.
- The email address associated with your account.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
